1. Who we are

CreditApp Genie operates the platform at creditappgenie.com. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean CreditApp Genie. Contact: credit@creditappgenie.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect account information (name, work email, password hash), organisation data, application data submitted by your customers, trade reference responses, uploaded documents, and usage and log data. We do not sell personal data.

3. How we use it

To provide the platform; to send service notifications; to improve the product; and to meet legal obligations. We do not use application data for any purpose outside of operating the service for your organisation.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained while your organisation has an active subscription and for 90 days after closure. Application data retention is configurable by your administrator within limits set by applicable law.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Contact credit@creditappgenie.com to exercise these rights.
