CreditApp Genie provides a hosted B2B credit application platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use CreditApp Genie for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CreditApp Genie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
