CreditApp Genie is designed with SOC 2-aligned controls. Certification is planned and will be listed here when complete. This document summarises our security commitments to customers.

Incident response

In the event of a confirmed security incident affecting customer data, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours of becoming aware, consistent with applicable breach notification laws.

Vulnerability disclosure

To report a security vulnerability, email credit@creditappgenie.com with the subject "Security disclosure". We will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve critical issues within 30 days.
